Pacific Crest XDL Rover 2

The Pacific Crest XDL Rover 2 is an UHF (Ultra High Frequency) receiver that is lightweight and ruggedized. It is designed for digital radio communications between 403 and 473 MHz in either 12.5 or 25 kHz radio channels. This high performance wide-band data link is a sophisticated and flexible radio technology that is backward compatible with existing products, including ones from Pacific Crest and other brands.

The XDL Rover 2 is a significant upgrade from its predecessor, the XDL Rover, because it is Bluetooth-enabled. Once Bluetooth mode is activated, UHF data received over the air is retransmitted wirelessly to a paired external device. Enjoy the convenience of a cable-less setup and the configurability over Bluetooth from an Android phone. Serial communications (sending data one part at a time) still remains possible through the standard LEMO port.
