Hemisphere’s Vector V103 Smart Antenna offers professional-grade positioning and heading information.
Low-multipath, cross-dipole antennas have 50 centimeters between their phase centers. Thus results in at least 0.3 degrees rms heading operation. When SBAS or beacon corrections are used, accuracy is more than 60 centimeters 95 percent of the time.
Phase centers of the antennas, which have cross-dipole and low-multipath capability, are spaced apart 50 centimeters. This makes it possible to obtain heading results of more than 0.3 degrees rms. Position accuracy exceeds 60 centimeters most of the time, because SBAS or beacon corrections are used.
The device supports NMEA 0183 and 2000 interfaces. This means a continuous selection of communication protocols using the companys GNSS messaging technology. Crescent Vector technology by Hemisphere provides continuous and accurate performance, including pitch, roll, heave, heading, and position information.
Due to its stability and reliability, the Hemisphere Vector V103 Smart Antenna can be used instead of common gyrocompasses and independent GPS systems at a much lower cost. Professional and commercial applications include construction, machine mounting in open pit mining, and marine purposes. Protection in inclement conditions is provided by a tough enclosure. It can be equipped with fixed and pole mounts for use on land and sea.
