Description
The AsteRx-m3 Pro by Septentrio is a compact, high-performance GNSS receiver designed for demanding industrial applications where power efficiency and space are critical. This ultra-low power receiver leverages cutting-edge multi-frequency, multi-constellation GNSS technology and advanced anti-jamming algorithms to ensure exceptional availability and reliability.
Tailored for rover applications, the AsteRx-m3 Pro offers a seamless integration solution for kinematic applications requiring reliable, high-accuracy positioning. It is available in single or dual antenna configurations, providing high-quality heading and pitch or heading and roll information.
Equipped with AIM+ Advanced Interference Mitigation and Monitoring Technology, the AsteRx-m3 Pro protects against both intentional and unintentional jamming and spoofing through sophisticated sampling and mitigation mechanisms. This technology is particularly beneficial in robotic devices, where neighboring electronics may emit RF radiation that interferes with GNSS signals. AIM+ ensures faster setup times and robust, continuous operation by safeguarding against such interference.
The AsteRx-m3 Pro delivers RTK positioning with the lowest power consumption in its class. Its minimal Size, Weight, and Power (SWaP) profile allows for extended operation on a single battery charge, enhancing field value.
To combat the effects of mechanical vibrations or shocks on satellite tracking, the LOCK+ feature automatically adjusts the receiver’s parameters to maintain position accuracy. Additionally, the IONO+ system provides advanced protection against ionospheric disturbances, ensuring optimal GNSS signal integrity.
The APME+ system effectively mitigates multipath issues caused by reflections from metal and large structures, improving both positioning and measurement quality.
The AsteRx-m3 Pro GPS/GNSS receiver comes with comprehensive documentation for interfaces, commands, and data messages. It includes the RxTools software for receiver configuration, monitoring, data logging, and analysis.
An intuitive web user interface facilitates easy operation and monitoring, allowing users to control the receiver from any mobile device or computer. This web interface also features easy-to-read quality indicators, ideal for monitoring receiver performance during operations.
