Description
The AsteRx SB3 Pro+ by Septentrio stands as the pinnacle of their housed multi-frequency GNSS receivers. Utilizing cutting-edge triple-band GNSS core technology, it ensures reliable centimeter-level RTK positioning and precise sub-degree heading. Versatile in its application, the AsteRx SB3 Pro+ can function as both a rover and a base station, featuring an ultra-high update rate and comprehensive logging capabilities. Encased in a ruggedized IP68 housing, it performs exceptionally well even in the harshest environments.
Mechanical vibrations or shocks from rough terrain can disrupt satellite tracking. The LOCK+ feature automatically adjusts the parameters of the AsteRx SB3 Pro+ to maintain consistent positioning.
Ionospheric activity poses significant challenges to GNSS signals, potentially causing RTK fix loss or complete signal lock loss. Developed through extensive experience in highly iono-active regions, IONO+ provides the most advanced protection against ionospheric disturbances available in any receiver.
Reflective surfaces such as metal structures can cause multipath issues by reflecting GNSS signals. The Advanced Multipath Mitigation Technology (APME+) disentangles direct and reflected signals, enhancing position and measurement quality. APME+ is bias-free and can be disabled if needed for maximum configurability.
Advanced Receiver Autonomous Integrity Monitoring (RAIM+) incorporates comprehensive fault detection mechanisms at all levels, including measurement generation, quality control, and navigation algorithms. Faulty measurements, often resulting from high multipath or active ionosphere, are excluded from the solution.
AIM+ provides robust protection against both intentional and unintentional jamming using sophisticated sampling and mitigation mechanisms. This ensures your high-precision GNSS receiver can automatically suppress a wide range of interferers, from continuous narrow-band signals to complex wide-band and pulsed transmitters, as well as Inmarsat and Iridium satellite transmissions.
